Assassination Classroom Movie Premieres on Crunchyroll July 23, 2026

Crunchyroll announced that it will stream the anime film *Assassination Classroom: Our Time* (original Japanese title *Gekijōban Ansatsu Kyōshitsu Minna no Jikan*) beginning at 8:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, 23 July 2026. The release will feature the original Japanese audio with subtitles in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The film, directed by Masaki Kitamura and scripted by Makoto Uezue, follows the tenth‑anniversary storyline that continues the original manga’s plot. It includes new theme songs performed by Sora Tomonari and a group song by the series' voice cast. The movie previously opened in Japanese theaters on 20 March 2026, distributed by Avex Film Labels. Crunchyroll’s rollout will make the title available to its global subscriber base, with expectations that further language options or dubbing may be added later.
