Speculation regarding the release of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced on the Nintendo Switch 2 has increased following a retail listing from the French retailer E. Leclerc. The listing features a themed Switch 2 Pro Controller with Black Flag insignia and graphics, noting an availability date of September 22, 2026.

While Ubisoft has not officially confirmed a port, the timing aligns with rumors of an upcoming Nintendo Direct. The remake has seen significant commercial success, selling 3.5 million copies within two weeks of its July release, meeting company expectations. The potential port may benefit from the same Anvil engine used in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which is already slated for the platform.
