Asseco Poland announces new management board and president

Asseco Poland has announced new leadership appointments for its management board. Rafał Kozłowski has been appointed President of the Management Board for a five-year term spanning 2027–2031. The appointment is set to take effect on January 1, 2027.

In addition to the new president, the supervisory board appointed ten new vice presidents, including Grzegorz Bartler, Tomasz Bendlewski, Andrzej Dopierałę, Krzysztof Groyecki, Marek Pank, Zbigniew Pomianek, Karolina Rzońca-Bajorek, Sławomir Szmytkowski, Artur Wiza, and Gabriela Żukowicz.

Financial reports for the first half of 2026 indicate that the Asseco Group generated 9.3 billion PLN in sales revenue, with over 7.1 billion PLN coming from its own IT products and services. Operating profit rose by 38 percent compared to the same period in 2025, reaching 1.1 billion PLN.
