Assetize secures trust company registration in Jersey

Assetize Financial Services (Jersey) Limited has been registered by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) to conduct trust company business. This registration allows the group to provide corporate and trustee services specifically for tokenisation structures, including tokenised real-world assets, managed investment strategies, and tokenised interests in existing funds.

The company will offer company formation, director provision, and ongoing administration for Jersey-based issuers of tokenised financial products. Assetize reported that more than US$300 million of assets had been issued and serviced through its platform as of October 2026.

Jersey has become a significant hub for tokenised equities, accounting for 27.4% of the global market by value as of September 2026. The group, which maintains a technology arm in the Dubai International Financial Centre, aims to support UAE-regulated virtual asset service providers and other digital asset firms through this regulated administration business.
