AssetWise and Tokyo Tatemono partner for KAVE Bloom Kaset condo

AssetWise Public Company Limited and Tokyo Tatemono (Thailand) Co., Ltd. have signed a joint venture agreement to develop the ‘KAVE Bloom Kaset’ project. Under the agreement, AssetWise will hold a 51% stake, while Tokyo Tatemono will hold 49%.

Located near Kasetsart University in Bang Khen, the project is a pet-friendly campus condominium consisting of 544 units. Designed as a ‘Lifestyle Community’ for the younger generation, prices are set to start at 1.99 million baht, with reservations scheduled to open in late October 2026.

This marks the third collaborative project between the two companies, following the Atmoz Oasis Onnut and KAVE COCO Bangsaen developments. The partnership highlights mutual confidence in the Thai residential market, particularly for condominiums situated near educational institutions.
