AssetWise and Tokyo Tatemono to develop student condominium in Bangkok

AssetWise and Tokyo Tatemono Thailand have entered into a joint venture agreement to develop ‘KAVE Bloom Kaset’, a pet-friendly condominium located near Kasetsart University’s Bangkhen campus in Bangkok.

Under the agreement, AssetWise holds a 51% stake and Tokyo Tatemono Thailand holds 49%. The project consists of 544 units designed as a ‘lifestyle community’ tailored to the needs of students and young professionals. Sales prices are expected to start from 1.99 million baht, with official reservations scheduled to begin in late October 2026.

This marks the third collaborative project between the two companies, following the ‘Atmoz Oasis Onnut’ and ‘KAVE COCO Bangsaen’ developments. The partnership aims to strengthen their strategic cooperation and capitalize on the residential market surrounding universities in Thailand.
