Assisi conference to examine debt restructuring and crisis law

A conference titled ‘Debt restructuring agreements: perspectives between the crisis code and Union law’ will be held on October 23 and 24 at the Il Colle del Paradiso convention center in Assisi. Organized by the Centro Studi Perusia and the Observatory on Corporate Crises, the event aims to analyze the evolution of business crisis regulation tools and the relationship between Italian national legislation and European Union law.

The program includes two study sessions involving magistrates, lawyers, accountants, and crisis experts. The first session will focus on debt restructuring agreements (ADR) within the Crisis Code, examining various types of agreements, their content, and related procedures. The second session, scheduled for Saturday, will focus on qualified creditors and restructuring agreements in the context of the link between domestic and Union law.
