The Sesto Properzio High School in Assisi has dedicated a classroom to the memory of Gaia Pagliuca, a former student who passed away at the age of 23. The ceremony took place on Tuesday, September 29, and was attended by her father, family, friends, the school community, and local officials.

A commemorative plaque was unveiled on the classroom door, reading: ‘In memory of Gaia Pagliuca. Your smile will continue to illuminate, your dreams will be inspiration, your memory will live forever’.

Local authorities, including Assisi Mayor Valter Stoppini and School Director Francesca Alunni, participated in the event. Mayor Stoppini described the dedication as a significant gesture by the school and the city to preserve her memory. Alunni noted that the room will serve as a space for study, meeting, and growth, ensuring the student's legacy continues to impact those within the school.
