Assisi hosts Gymnasium wellness education project for students

The Gymnasium project, an educational initiative designed for high school students, will hold a training session on September 21 at the Grand Hotel Assisi. Part of the inaugural ‘Assisi 4 Life’ event promoted by the Municipality of Assisi, the project aims to integrate wellness education into school curricula.

By moving beyond simple physical education, Gymnasium seeks to combat sedentary lifestyles and promote a multidisciplinary approach to health, including nutrition, psychology, and physical activity. The event will feature a diverse team of experts, including cardiologists, nutritionists, psychologists, and sports professionals, to provide students with tools for making conscious lifestyle choices.
