Assiut medical convoy treats 406 citizens in Um al-Qusur
A free medical convoy was launched in the village of Um al-Qusur, located in the Manfalut center of the Assiut Governorate. During the first day of operations, 406 citizens received medical examinations, diagnostic tests, and necessary medications.
Assiut Governor Mohamed Alwan stated that these medical convoys are being organized across various centers and villages in the governorate to provide healthcare services to citizens in the most needy areas. The initiative aims to improve the quality of life in rural regions and ensure medical care is accessible near residents' homes. The convoy provides services across several medical specialties and aims to alleviate the financial burden on families, particularly those requiring social care.
