Association of Polish Cities launches housing investment competition

The Association of Polish Cities and the City Foundation have concluded the application period for the first ‘Best Housing Investment’ competition. A total of 60 entries were received from a diverse range of applicants, including local governments, municipal companies, developers, housing cooperatives, and social organizations.

The competition evaluates specific housing projects rather than the institutions behind them, aiming to promote integrated residential investments and best practices in urban development. The selection process focuses on projects that combine high-quality space with solutions that meet resident needs and support sustainable local economic and social growth.
