Asst Lariana and Sette Laghi announce welfare and salary updates

Healthcare organizations in the Lombardy region of Italy have announced new measures to support staff. Asst Lariana has signed an agreement with Aler to provide 14 subsidized housing units in Como for healthcare workers. The initiative, funded by the Fund for Development and Cohesion (FSC 2021-2027), aims to integrate housing policies with territorial healthcare strengthening. The apartments, located on via Anzani and via Bonomelli, will undergo redevelopment by Aler before being assigned to eligible employees via public notice.

Separately, ASST Sette Laghi has reached an agreement to distribute approximately 2.3 million euros to its personnel. This includes 1.1 million euros for professional economic progressions (DEP) affecting over 1,100 employees, and 1.2 million euros in residual contractual funds from 2022 through 2025. These funds are scheduled to be distributed in October paychecks to recognize professional growth and settle outstanding contractual resources.
