ASST Lecco announces community health Open Days and youth wellness programs

ASST Lecco has announced a series of community health initiatives aimed at increasing local awareness of available medical services and promoting wellness through education.

To introduce citizens to the services, access routes, and professionals available within the local healthcare network, the organization is hosting Open Days at various 'Case di Comunità' (Community Houses). These events will take place between October 6 and November 3 at locations including Lecco, Mandello del Lario, Calolziocorte, Merate, Olgiate Molgora, Casatenovo, Bellano, Introbio, and Oggiono. Additionally, the ASST will hold Saturday morning training sessions focused on prevention, health, and free-access care.

Furthermore, as part of the 'EHI!' project, ASST Lecco and the Lecco Youth Information Office are launching 'RE-LAB' on November 11. This series of six free workshops is designed for young adults aged 18 to 24. Held at the Centro Civico Pertini, the program focuses on relationships, affectivity, and sexuality. Topics include gender identity, consent, prevention of sexually transmitted infections, and navigating relationships in the social media era.
