AST Ancona announces recruitment for medical and healthcare roles

AST Ancona is expanding its workforce through a series of public competitions and hiring notices to enhance its organizational model and healthcare services. A new public competition has been announced to fill 20 full-time, permanent medical director positions across various specialties, including cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, psychiatry, and urology.

Additional recruitment efforts include the appointment of medical directors for radiodiagnostics, child neuropsychiatry, and psychiatry. The organization is also hiring four professional educators for the Casa Rossa di Ancona, 15 nurses via existing rankings, and nine socio-health operators by the end of the year. Over the past three years, the institution has completed approximately 1,200 hires through various notices and competitions.
