Asteras Tripoli signs Swedish defender Franz Brorsson

Greek Super League club Asteras Tripoli announced the signing of 30‑year‑old Swedish centre‑back Franz Brorsson. The defender, a Sweden international with 20 caps and three goals, has signed a contract that runs until the summer of 2028.

Brorsson joins the club after spells with Malmo FF in Sweden, Aris Limassol in Cyprus, Esbjerg fB in Denmark, and a season at Atromitos in the Greek Super League where he made 31 appearances. He also played 29 matches for APOEL last season. The 1.86‑metre tall defender is expected to strengthen Asteras' defensive line for the coming campaigns.
