Aston Martin partners with Setai Grupo GP for South American residential project

Aston Martin engineers and technicians visited João Pessoa, Brazil, for a two-day technical immersion to develop the Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin. This project marks the luxury automotive brand’s first residential venture in South America, established in partnership with Setai Grupo GP.

The technical delegation visited various construction sites, factories, and suppliers to curate materials ranging from flooring to furniture, including natural materials produced in Paraíba and the Northeast region. The new development will be located in Altiplano on a 6,000-square-meter plot, featuring a 45-story tower with approximately 30,000 square meters of built area.

The residence will consist of 200 units, with apartments ranging from 105 to 320 square meters. While Aston Martin leads the interior design to reflect its brand identity of precision and premium materials, the architecture is designed by Baggio Pereira e Schiavon Arquitetura. The official launch is scheduled for 2027, with an estimated completion date in 2031.
