Aston Villa's Ayase Suzuki to face PSG and Barcelona in Champions League debut

The UEFA Champions League league phase matchups have been determined following the draw held in Monaco. Under the new format, 36 teams will each play eight matches.

Japanese goalkeeper Ayase Suzuki, who recently joined Aston Villa, will make his Champions League debut against high-profile opponents. Aston Villa is scheduled to face Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund, Fenerbahce, and Viking at home, while facing Barcelona, Club Brugge, Galatasaray, and Slavia Prague away.
