Astor Enerji discloses 376 million TL investment in funds under liquidation

Astor Enerji has released a statement via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) regarding its financial investments following a fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. The company disclosed that it holds investments totaling 376,611,868 TL in three funds currently undergoing liquidation by the Capital Markets Board. These include two funds managed by Hedef Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. and one managed by Pardus Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Astor Enerji clarified that it has no investments in Tera Group companies or funds, nor in Pusula Group companies or funds.

The investigation previously led to precautionary measures against the company's legal entity, but those measures have since been lifted. While the company's commercial operations continue uninterrupted, judicial authorities had previously imposed restrictions on the personal assets and accounts of 42 individuals, including Astor Enerji Chairman Feridun Geçgel and Enver Geçgel, as part of the ongoing legal process.
