Astra Motor promotes motorcycle maintenance and safety in Indonesia

Astra Motor is promoting motorcycle maintenance through various initiatives in Indonesia. In South Sumatra, the company has launched the ‘Gebyar Kejutan AHASS’ program, which runs from July to November 2026. This program offers customers the chance to win prizes, including a Honda Vario 160 CBS and free engine oil, by performing scheduled kilometer-based service packages at participating AHASS workshops.

In South Sulawesi, Astra Motor is focusing on rider safety by providing guidance on basic vehicle inspections. Technical instructors recommend that riders regularly check engine oil levels, rear brake pad thickness via the drum indicator, and tire condition using the Tire Wear Indicator (TWI) symbols on the sidewalls to ensure safety and vehicle performance.
