AstralBeam launches on Casper to enable compliant RWA transfers

MAKE Group has launched AstralBeam on the Casper blockchain, creating a cross-chain infrastructure layer designed for the compliant transfer of real-world assets (RWAs). This integration makes Casper the first non-EVM blockchain to join the T-REX network, which currently manages over $32 billion in tokenized assets under the ERC-3643 standard.

AstralBeam functions as both a token bridge and a cross-chain messaging layer, allowing regulated assets to move between Casper and networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, Base, and Robinhood Chain. By utilizing the ERC-7786 standard, the system ensures that compliance data, including investor eligibility and transfer restrictions, remains attached to assets during movement. This allows tokenized equities—such as those representing Netflix, SpaceX, and Amazon—as well as gold and silver, to be used as collateral in decentralized finance (DeFi) or RWA vaults.

To maintain security, AstralBeam employs a five-verifier-node architecture to prevent single points of trust. Transactions on Casper are verified against T-REX’s investor rules and eligibility registries before settlement, ensuring that assets do not lose their regulatory framework when transitioning between blockchains.
