ASTRAX CEO leads model rocket education camp in Chiba

ASTRAX CEO and private astronaut TAICHI led the first day of the ‘2026 Summer Vacation Independent Research Camp (Model Rocket Edition)’ in Minamiboso, Chiba Prefecture. The three-day program, organized by Challenge World, is designed for space exploration education.

During the initial session, 11 participants, ranging from third-grade elementary students to high school freshmen, learned the mechanics of model rockets, constructed kits, and conducted launches at the former Shirahama Junior High School.

The curriculum also included evening lectures covering cutting-edge private rockets, spacecraft design, and methodologies for analyzing and presenting scientific research.
