Astute Group announces leadership transition to CEO Aran Coker

Astute Group, a global electronics supply chain partner, has announced a leadership transition to support its next phase of growth and global unification.

Geoff Hill, the founder and Managing Director, will transition to the role of Chairman. In this capacity, Hill will focus on long-term strategy and providing continuity for the business. Aran Coker, who has been with the company for 27 years, has been promoted from Director to Chief Executive Officer. Coker will assume responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the Group, with a mandate to deliver on corporate strategy and integrate the company’s global teams.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, Astute Group operates 27 offices worldwide with over 400 personnel. The company provides services including franchised distribution, component sourcing, and anti-counterfeit testing for mission-critical sectors such as defence and aerospace.
