ASU Udine unveils renewed roster for Serie A1 rhythmic gymnastics season

Associazione Sportiva Udinese (ASU) has unveiled its renewed roster for the 2026 Serie A1 rhythmic gymnastics season. The team, which has competed in the top tier for over a decade, will feature a significant international addition: Sofiia Ilteriakova, a world champion in Team Ranking and ball vice-champion.

The squad will be led by technical director Špela Dragaš, alongside Valeriya Pysmenna and choreographer Laura Miotti. Returning athletes include Tara Dragaš and Isabelle Tavano, while new members include Gaia Zurlo, Adele Asquini, and Giulia Facinoli.

The championship season is scheduled to begin on October 17 in Terni, followed by competitions in Biella, Livorno, and Bergamo. The season will conclude with the Final Six in Bergamo on November 29. Technical staff noted that new regulations, which increase the number of gymnasts allowed to compete from three to four during the Regular Season, may benefit ASU due to their competitive talent pool.
