Asuene and Takara Printing partner to enhance sustainability disclosure support

Asuene Inc. and Takara Printing Co., Ltd. have entered into a business alliance to strengthen sustainability information disclosure support for listed companies, specifically targeting compliance with Sustainability Standards Board of Japan (SSBJ) requirements.

The partnership involves an API integration between Asuene’s AI sustainability platform, ‘ASUENE’, and Takara Printing’s integrated business reporting system, ‘WizLabo Synapse’. This integration allows companies to seamlessly transfer CO2 emissions data calculated in ‘ASUENE’ to ‘WizLabo Synapse’, where it can be organized alongside financial information for use in statutory disclosures, integrated reports, and IR reports.

The collaboration aims to reduce the administrative burden on IR, management planning, and sustainability departments by eliminating the need for manual data re-aggregation and transcription. While the initial focus is on environmental data such as CO2 emissions, the companies plan to expand the scope to include social and governance (ESG) data in the future.
