Asuene Inc. reports festival emission data and announces Climate Week NYC event

Asuene Inc. has released the post-event CO2 emissions calculation for the Hibiya Music Festival 2026. Despite a significant increase in attendance—rising from 145,000 to 223,000 people—the emissions per person decreased from a projected 3.0kg-CO2eq to 2.8kg-CO2eq. The total emissions were recorded at 621.60t-CO2eq, with participant travel accounting for the largest share at 53.1%.

Additionally, Asuene announced it will host a specialized event during Climate Week NYC 2026 in New York. The event, titled ‘From Data to Decarbonization: AI-Powered Climate Action Across the Value Chain’, will take place on September 23, 2026. It aims to showcase how the company’s various services, including ASUENE, NZero, Iconic Air, and Secaro, provide one-stop support for carbon accounting, AI-driven energy management, and Scope 3 emissions reduction across global manufacturing value chains.
