Asus and JAPANNEXT announce new monitor models
Asus has expanded its gaming monitor lineup with the introduction of two new 4K QD-OLED models: the ROG Strix OLED XG27UQDMS and the ROG Strix OLED XG32UQDMS. Designed for professional e-sports and high-end gaming, these monitors feature a 240 Hz refresh rate and an extremely low 0.03 ms gray-to-gray response time. The 27-inch model utilizes a fourth-generation Tandem-QD-OLED panel, while the 31.5-inch version uses a third-generation panel. Both displays offer 4K resolution, support for G-Sync and FreeSync Premium Pro, and cover 99 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
To mitigate burn-in risks, Asus has implemented a specialized heatpipe cooling system and the OLED Care Pro protection suite. Both models are VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certified and come with a three-year warranty.
Separately, JAPANNEXT has released the JN-IPS27QY-HSPC6, a 27-inch WQHD IPS display. Positioned as a versatile option for work and casual gaming, it features a 100 Hz refresh rate, USB Type-C connectivity with up to 65W power delivery, and KVM functionality. This specific model is available through Yamada Denki for approximately 29,980 yen.
