ASUS and Thunderbird launch high‑refresh gaming monitors in China

ASUS opened Chinese reservations for its ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM, a 31.5‑inch gaming monitor that uses a tandem RGB OLED panel. The unit offers dual‑resolution modes—3840×2160 at 240 Hz or 1920×1080 at 480 Hz—covers 99% of DCI‑P3, reaches 1,000 cd/m² peak HDR brightness and ships for CNY 8,999 (about US$1,333) with delivery slated for August 7.

Chinese brand Thunderbird (雷鸟) introduced the 25Q6A Pro, a 24.5‑inch Mini‑LED display with a 2560×1440 resolution and a 360 Hz refresh rate. The monitor is priced at 1,699 yuan (as low as 1,304 yuan after regional subsidies) and includes a three‑year warranty. It features a 1 ms GtG response, 800 nit peak brightness, 95% DCI‑P3 and 99% sRGB coverage, and offers HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4 connectivity. Both products target the premium gaming segment in China, emphasizing ultra‑high refresh rates and advanced panel technologies.
