ASUS announces ROG 20th anniversary luggage and 2026 Strix SCAR 18 laptop

ASUS is marking the 20th anniversary of its Republic of Gamers (ROG) brand with new product releases, including the ROG SLASH Hard-Case Luggage Edition 20. This commemorative carry-on features a 100% polycarbonate shell, an aluminum frame, and a TSA-compliant combination lock. The luggage is designed for aircraft overhead compartments and includes specialized compartments for gaming gear.

Additionally, ASUS has announced the 2026 ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 18 laptop. The upcoming model is expected to feature an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. The device will include a 4K 240Hz Mini LED display with ROG Nebula technology, offering 1,600 nits of peak brightness and support for AI-accelerated features like DLSS 4.5.
