ASUS announces ROG Xbox Ally X20 handheld gaming console
ASUS has announced the launch of the ROG Xbox Ally X20, a handheld gaming console designed to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Republic of Gamers brand. The new device features a 7.4-inch Nebula HDR OLED screen with brightness levels reaching up to 1,400 nits and a 0.2ms response time. It is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor.
In Chile, the console will be available in two versions. The standard version is priced at $1,899,990 CLP and will be sold through ASUS.cl and PC Factory. A premium collection bundle is priced at $3,099,990 CLP and includes ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 augmented reality glasses with Bose audio, a special edition dbrand Killswitch case, and a custom Pelican protective hard case.
Internationally, the updated handheld is priced at $1,300 in the US and £1,300 in the UK. While the device offers hardware refinements such as improved thumbsticks, adjusted triggers, and a redesigned cooling system, the processor, memory, and storage specifications remain consistent with the standard model.
