ASUS ROG Strix Aiolos Enclosure Delivers 20 Gbps USB‑C, Tool‑Less Design

ASUS Republic of Gamers announced the ROG Strix Aiolos, a premium external SSD enclosure aimed at gamers and creators. The device supports M.2 NVMe PCIe and SATA SSDs in 2242, 2260 and 2280 formats and connects via USB‑C 3.2 Gen 2×2, offering transfer speeds of up to 20 Gbps.

Key features include a tool‑less push‑to‑open mechanism, an internal high‑efficiency thermal pad, and a liquid‑silicone rubber coating for heat dissipation and protection.
