ASUS ROG announces new Spatha X 65K and Gladius IV Ace gaming mice
ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced two new gaming mice at Gamescom 2026: the ROG Spatha X 65K and the ROG Gladius IV Ace. These devices are designed to cater to different gaming disciplines, specifically MMO and competitive FPS players.
The ROG Spatha X 65K is an updated wireless mouse for MMO players, featuring 12 programmable buttons and the Aimpoint Pro 65K sensor, which offers sensitivity up to 65,000 DPI. It includes the ROG Push-Fit Switch Socket III system, allowing users to swap between ROG Micro Switch II or ROG Silent Micro Switch options. The device also features an adjustable weight system and a magnetic charging base.
The ROG Gladius IV Ace is optimized for competitive FPS play, focusing on ergonomics to reduce muscle strain and maintain accuracy during fatigue. It weighs 56 grams in its default configuration and includes stackable weights for fine-tuning. The mouse utilizes ROG SpeedNova 8K Gen II wireless technology, featuring an 8000 Hz polling rate and an enhanced receiver with Active Dynamic Hopping to minimize interference.
