ASUS ROG announces Raikiri II Pro gaming controller
ASUS Republic of Gamers has announced the ROG Raikiri II Pro, a high-performance PC gaming controller. The device features a competitive-grade polling rate of up to 8,000 Hz and utilizes ROG SpeedNova technology for 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity to minimize latency.
Designed for high levels of customization, the controller includes hot-swappable TMR joystick modules with anti-drift technology. It comes with two sets of modules: a pre-installed 120 gf set and an additional 50 gf set. The device also features Dual Mode Triggers, allowing users to switch between short-travel microswitch triggers and full-travel TMR sensor triggers.
Additional hardware features include microswitches on the D-pad, ABXY buttons, rear buttons, and bumpers. The controller is highly adaptable with four removable rear buttons and two additional claw bumpers, all of which are remappable. An integrated color panel allows for immediate on-device adjustments. The product is expected to be available in stores starting in the second half of September with a recommended price of 219.90 euros.
