Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 2026 performance benchmarks released

Performance benchmarks for the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 2026 have been released, comparing its storage speeds against other high-end gaming laptops.

In DiskSpd sequential read tests, the Alienware 16 Area-51 showed high performance at 9494 MB/s, while the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 models recorded speeds between 3085 MB/s and 3283 MB/s depending on the specific configuration. Other tested devices included the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro, Aorus Master 16, and Razer Blade 16.

Sequential write tests showed the Alienware 16 Area-51 reaching 9832 MB/s. The Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 variants achieved write speeds ranging from 2775 MB/s to 3481 MB/s. The Razer Blade 16 recorded a write speed of 3302 MB/s.
