ASUS rolls out limited‑edition RTX 5090 GPU and new AI‑focused mini PCs

ASUS celebrated the 20th anniversary of its Republic of Gamers brand by releasing the ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Edition 20. The limited‑run card features a curved AMOLED display around the chassis, a 420 mm liquid‑metal‑cooled water block, 32 GB GDDR7 memory and a boost clock above 2.9 GHz. Only 500 units were produced, with the world premiere at Computex in Taipei on 5 June 2026.

A week later, ASUS introduced the ROG GR70 mini‑PC, priced from about €2,900. It ships with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU, up to 96 GB DDR5 RAM, a triple‑fan cooling system, Wi‑Fi 7 and support for up to five monitors. The device targets gamers and creators who need desktop‑class performance in a compact case.

At the same time, ASUS launched the ExpertCenter PN55 mini‑PC for business users. Powered by AMD’s Ryzen‑AI 400 series (up to the Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 delivering 55 TOPS of NPU performance), it includes 16‑32 GB DDR5 memory, Radeon 800M graphics, dual LAN, Wi‑Fi 7/6E, and MIL‑STD‑810H durability. Prices start at €1,440, and the model is available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
