Asus Zenbook 14 features Snapdragon X2 Elite and Ceraluminum design
Asus has introduced the new Zenbook 14, an ultraportable laptop designed to compete with Apple’s MacBook lineup. The device features a lightweight design weighing just 1.1 kg and utilizes a proprietary Ceraluminum finish, which combines aluminum with a ceramic-like texture for increased durability against scratches and impacts.
Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite processor, the laptop emphasizes high performance and energy efficiency. This ARM-based architecture allows for extended battery life, with some configurations offering over 21 hours of autonomy. The hardware includes up to 32 GB of RAM and high-speed storage options, making it suitable for both professional office tasks and light gaming.
The Zenbook 14 features a 14-inch OLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and military-grade durability certification. With starting prices positioned around 799.99 euros, the device aims to provide a competitive alternative in the premium ultraportable market.
