ASV Zeuthen runners complete Ultratrail at German Championships

Five members of the ASV Zeuthen athletics club—Enrico Romberg, Marek Neumann, Stefan Rauschenbach, Maximilian Voigt and Henrik Lange—took part in the German Ultratrail Championship held in Nesselwang, Allgäu. The 70‑kilometre course featured 3,950 metres of elevation gain, challenging even experienced trail runners. All five athletes finished the race, with Rauschenbach posting the fastest time of 9:24:28, followed by Voigt (9:49:40), Romberg (9:58:37), Lange (12:05:08) and Neumann (12:17:22). Despite tough conditions, including rain‑slick downhill sections and a steep final climb, the team earned medals and expressed pride in their performance, planning future trail events together.
