Aswan Governor launches local administration reform workshop
Aswan Governor Amr Lashin has inaugurated a regional workshop focused on developing local administration systems and implementing revised regulations for self-resource development. The workshop involves officials from several governorates, including Luxor, Qena, New Valley, and the Red Sea, to discuss administrative reforms, institutional structures, and decentralization in alignment with Egypt's 2030 vision.
In parallel, local authorities in the Nasr al-Nuba center are intensifying field efforts to monitor development projects under the ‘Decent Life’ presidential initiative. Key activities include completing home connection projects and installing fiber optic networks in Wadi al-Arab village to improve technological infrastructure. Additionally, maintenance efforts are underway to improve public lighting and general services in various rural areas to enhance the quality of life for residents.
