Ata Ataoğlu, longtime Trabzonspor official, passes away

Ata Ataoğlu, a long-serving official and prominent figure within the Trabzonspor community, has passed away. Ataoğlu held numerous leadership roles at the club, including serving as the Chairman of the Audit Board during multiple terms (16th through 28th periods). He also served as a member of the Board of Directors and has been a member of the Trabzonspor Divan Board since 1987.

A funeral service was held at the İskenderpaşa Mosque in the Ortahisar district of Trabzon following the noon prayer. The ceremony was attended by family members, relatives, and various representatives from the Trabzonspor community. Ataoğlu was laid to rest in the family cemetery located in Sülüklü.
