Atalanta BC expands youth development through Under 23 team and new partnership

Atalanta BC continues to expand its youth development model through its Under 23 team and new strategic partnerships. The Under 23 squad, competing in Serie C, serves as a bridge between Primavera football and professional senior leagues, designed to prepare prospects for the first team. Under the technical guidance of Nicola Beati, the team focuses on individual player maturation, with several players already integrated into the senior squad or playing on loan in higher divisions.

Additionally, a new affiliation project has been established between Atalanta and Giovane Offagna. Managed through Deacademy Italia, this partnership aims to bring Atalanta’s elite youth sector expertise to the local club, facilitating growth and technical improvement for its athletes and staff.
