Atanas Bostandzhiev moves to finalize Levski Sofia ownership

Businessman Atanas Bostandzhiev has officially initiated the final steps to become the majority owner of the Bulgarian football club Levski Sofia. Through an authorized representative, an application has been submitted to the Commercial Register to formalize the change in ownership.

Bostandzhiev and his partners, operating through Gemcorp Group Limited and Sofia Capital AD, are acquiring an 86.40% controlling stake in the club from the previous majority owner, Nasko Sirakov. The registration process is expected to be completed within the next three days, allowing the new management to officially begin their operations.
