Atarfe launches website for metropolitan bus incident reporting

The Atarfe City Council has launched a dedicated website, BusAtarfe.es, to allow residents to report incidents regarding the metropolitan bus service connecting the municipality with Granada.

Through this platform, users can provide personal details, the approximate time of the incident, the specific bus line, and a description of the issue. The system also allows for the attachment of files, such as images, to provide more context. The City Council will collect these notifications and relay them to the Granada Metropolitan Transport Consortium.

Mayor Yolanda Fernández stated that the initiative aims to improve municipal mobility by responding to citizen demands. These demands follow a recent assembly where users called for improvements, including increased bus frequency during peak hours and fleet upgrades.
