Actress and television host Atasha Muhlach has addressed her relationship status and the circumstances surrounding her recent casting in a stage musical. Muhlach also responded to criticisms regarding her lead role in the musical ‘Bongga Ka ‘Day: The Annie Batungbakal Musical’ at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. Addressing claims that she secured the role through her parents’ influence—actors Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez—she clarified that she underwent a formal audition and callback process involving song and dance routines.

The actress, who studied business in the United Kingdom, emphasized her desire to meet personal standards and succeed through her own merit rather than her family name.
