Atatürk University hosts successful students from Kirkuk

As part of the Erzurum Education, Culture, and Success Program, 30 high-achieving students from Kirkuk and their instructors visited Atatürk University in Erzurum. The students were selected for their high rankings in middle school transition examinations.

Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu hosted the students, discussing their academic achievements and future goals. The Rector emphasized that the historical and cultural ties between Erzurum and Kirkuk are strengthened through education. He expressed his hope to welcome these students to the university for their higher education in the future.

The visit was supported by the Turkmeneli Cooperation and Culture Foundation, the Turkmeneli Education and Culture Center, the Iraqi Turkmen Students and Youth Union, and the Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality.
