ATE/ANAC union announces airport protests in Argentina

The ATE/ANAC union has announced labor actions scheduled for Thursday, September 3, and Friday, September 4. The measures will consist of assemblies and demonstrations at Aeroparque and Ezeiza airports.

Protests are planned for two daily shifts: from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00. While these actions may cause delays or complications for air services, the union stated that sanitary, official, and flights already in progress will be guaranteed.

The labor dispute centers on several demands, including the implementation of agreed salary increases for extra-paritarias items, the opening of sector-wide collective bargaining, and increased funding for airport inspection and the Firefighting and Rescue Service (SSEI).
