Ater and RepowerEU funds targeted for public housing in Udine

Regional authorities in Friuli Venezia Giulia met in Udine to discuss energy efficiency, the recovery of vacant housing, and new investments for public residential buildings. The discussions focused on the RepowerEU program, a component of the PNRR designed to improve the energy efficiency of public housing.

The program provides coverage for approximately 40% of costs, supplemented by a 20% contribution through the Gestore dei servizi energetici (Gse). The remaining portion is supported by regional budget resources distributed over a period of 10 to 20 years, depending on the type of intervention.
