Athens airport to see new airline routes in 2027

Several airlines are expanding their networks at Athens International Airport, with new routes scheduled for 2027.

Alaska Airlines will launch the first direct connection between Athens and Seattle starting May 12, 2027, operating three times weekly through October. This marks the first direct flight between the two cities and the only direct service to Athens from the U.S. West Coast.

Additionally, Condor will begin daily flights between Frankfurt and Athens during the summer period starting April 28, 2027. TUI Airline is also adding Athens to its summer 2027 schedule, connecting the city to London Gatwick.
