Athens International Airport buys 6,000 treasury shares

Athens International Airport S.A. has purchased 6,000 of its own shares through the Athens Stock Exchange between August 3 and August 7, 2026. The transaction totaled 63,640 euros.

Following these acquisitions, the company now holds a total of 202,701 treasury shares, representing 0.0637% of its total share capital. These purchases were conducted as part of a program authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 14, 2025, and the Board of Directors on October 31, 2025, in accordance with Law 4548/2018.
