Athens Medical Association seeks meeting with EOPYY leadership

The Athens Medical Association (ISA) has sent a formal letter to the Administrator of EOPYY, A. Zamani, requesting an urgent meeting to address critical issues affecting laboratory and clinical doctors, as well as diagnostic laboratories.

The association highlighted two primary concerns: the implementation of the clawback mechanism on medical visits for doctors contracted with EOPYY, and the mandatory requirement to upload diagnostic test results to a Digital Repository. ISA President George Patoulis stated that these administrative and financial burdens threaten the viability of medical professionals and could potentially disrupt the smooth provision of healthcare services to EOPYY-insured citizens.
