Ather Energy has unveiled the Konarc, a new electric scooter designed to appeal to a mainstream, family-oriented market. Unveiled at Ather Community Day, the vehicle is built on the company’s new EL platform and features an all-new steel unibody chassis.

The Konarc prioritizes stability, comfort, and practicality over sportiness. It features a long 1,352mm wheelbase, a 14-inch front wheel, and metal body panels on the sides and rear. Storage capacity includes 31 litres of under-seat space and a 2-litre front compartment.

The scooter is available in two variants: the S Line and the Z Line. The S Line has launched with three battery options and supports fast charging when combined with Ather’s portable chargers, reaching a maximum of 1,350W. The Z Line is positioned as a higher-spec version featuring a touchscreen display and a Magic Key fob with AutoPop functionality.
