Greek actress Athina Oikonomakou marked her husband, former basketball player Bruno Tserelea’s 40th birthday on 30 July 2026 while the newly‑wed couple were en route to their honeymoon in Greenland. On the plane the actress posted a video showing a tiny cake with a single candle, writing, “A tiny cake. One candle. Somewhere above Greenland. On our way to our honeymoon. The adventure has only just begun.”

The celebration followed a recent civil ceremony in Plaka, a three‑day party in Paros, and a beach‑party photo series the couple shared with followers. Both Oikonomakou and Tserelea used the occasion to thank friends who helped make their wedding and early married life memorable.
